Withdrawal and Return Policy

Article 1: Withdrawal Period

In accordance with prevailing European regulations, you possess a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product to us, without any obligation to state reasons or incur penalties.

Article 2: Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

For your return to be processed smoothly:

• The product must be returned complete, with all its accessories and instructions.
• It must not have been fitted or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (as you would in a shop).
• We recommend returning it in its original packaging, protected by a shipping carton.

If the returned product has lost value because of handling beyond what is necessary to examine it (fitted, used, damaged, soiled, incomplete, or original packaging deteriorated), we may deduct an amount corresponding to this diminished value from the refund. Your right of withdrawal remains intact.

Article 3: Return Shipping Costs

The shipping costs associated with the return of products are exclusively and entirely borne by the customer. We strongly advise you to effectuate the return via a tracked shipment. We decline any and all liability in the event of loss or damage to the returned parcel during its transit.

Article 4: Return Procedure

Never return a product without our prior agreement, nor to the address of the logistics sender indicated on your initial parcel. To execute a return, please adhere to the following procedure:

Article 5: Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (based on the least expensive standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earlier. Return shipping costs remain at your expense, and any diminished value may be deducted as described in Article 2. The refund is made using the same means of payment as used for the order.
