Withdrawal and Return Policy

Article 1: Withdrawal Period

In accordance with prevailing European regulations, you possess a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product to us, without any obligation to state reasons or incur penalties.

Article 2: Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

In order for your return to be accepted and the refund to be processed, the products must strictly comply with the following conditions:

The product must be strictly new, complete, and have never been used.
The product must be returned in its original packaging in perfect condition.
The original packaging must not bear any damage, writing marks, or additional labels (other than those of the carrier affixed to an outer packaging layer).

Legal Exceptions: For reasons of safety and hygiene, personal protective equipment (such as helmets or gloves) from which the label has been removed or which has been worn on the road shall not be eligible for the right of withdrawal.

Any product returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, soiled by the customer, or whose original packaging is deteriorated, will not be accepted and shall be returned to you at your own expense.

Article 3: Return Shipping Costs

The shipping costs associated with the return of products are exclusively and entirely borne by the customer. We strongly advise you to effectuate the return via a tracked shipment. We decline any and all liability in the event of loss or damage to the returned parcel during its transit.

Article 4: Return Procedure

Never return a product without our prior agreement, nor to the address of the logistics sender indicated on your initial parcel. To execute a return, please adhere to the following procedure:

1. Contact our customer service at motodistri@gmail.com or utilize the withdrawal form provided below.
2. Upon validation on our part, carefully package the product (place the original packaging inside a shipping carton).
3. Dispatch the parcel to the following address: Hugo Fizaine, Rue Joseph Beauduin 1D, 4257 Berloz, Belgium.

Article 5: Refund

Following the receipt and verification of the returned product's conformity at our premises, we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned item(s) (excluding return shipping costs) within a maximum period of 14 days. The refund shall be issued via the same payment method utilized at the time of the order.
