Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. For tyres and top cases, allow up to 4 days. These lead times apply across all of Europe.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with DPD, Chronopost and Colissimo depending on your delivery area.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free on orders over €80.

Do you offer express delivery?

No, we do not currently offer express delivery.

Where is the Click & Collect point?

Our collection point is at FS Moto — Rue Cornuchamp 9, 4260 Braives (Belgium). Please contact us before visiting to confirm opening hours.

My parcel is damaged or hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or by email at motodistri@gmail.com. You can also report the issue from the "My Orders" section of your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Bancontact, PayPal, American Express, iDEAL, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna and EPS. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, pay-later in instalments is available via Klarna directly at checkout.

Are payments secure?

Yes. All payments go through Stripe, the world leader in online payments, with 3D Secure authentication included.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, on request. Send us an email at motodistri@gmail.com with your billing details.

🔧Products & Compatibility

How do I know if a part is compatible with my bike?

Use our vehicle search system: select your make, model, year and engine size. You will only see parts that are 100% compatible with your motorcycle.

Are the parts genuine OEM parts?

No, we sell exclusively aftermarket parts — replacement equipment and parts from well-known brands, widely used and recommended by industry professionals.

Do you stock parts for all motorcycles?

Yes, our catalogue covers all makes, all models, all years and all engine sizes.

Can I order a part not listed on the site?

No, we can only offer items that are present in our online catalogue.

I ordered an incompatible part by mistake. What should I do?

Contact us quickly via WhatsApp or email. In this case, exchange costs remain the customer's responsibility. We recommend using our vehicle search before ordering to avoid mistakes.

What warranty do the parts come with?

All our parts come with a 14-day warranty from the date of receipt.

An item is out of stock. What should I do?

On the product page, click "Notify me" and leave your email. You will receive an automatic notification as soon as stock is replenished.

Do you offer technical advice for choosing a part?

Yes! Our blog regularly publishes guides and tips to help you choose your parts and maintain your motorcycle.

🔄Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the fault is ours (defective item or shipping error).

Can I return a part that has already been fitted or used?

No. A fitted or used part cannot be returned.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is processed within 5 to 8 working days.

How do I start a return?

From your account, go to "My Orders", select the relevant order and click "Request a return". You can also contact us directly by email.

What is the "My Garage" feature?

The Motodistri Garage is a smart maintenance logbook. It stores your vehicles and sends you automatic email reminders when a service, part replacement or renewal (insurance, MOT…) is due.

How many bikes can I add to my garage?

As many as you like — there is no limit.

How does the vehicle search work?

Our compatibility database lists all parts guaranteed compatible with each vehicle. By selecting your bike, you only see results confirmed at 100%.

How long have you been in business?

Motodistri was founded in 2025. However, our team has been active in motorcycle parts distribution through a Belgian dealership since 2017, giving us solid industry experience.
