What are the delivery times?
Usually 48 h in Belgium, 3–5 days for France and Europe. In-stock parts ship the same day if ordered before 3 PM.
Is this part compatible with my bike?
Use the "My Garage" selector: enter your brand, model and year, and we'll filter compatible parts automatically. If in doubt, message us on WhatsApp with the product reference and your model.
Can I return a product?
Yes — 14 days after delivery to request a return from your account. Parts must be unused, unmounted and in original packaging.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you receive an email with the tracking number. You can also see history under "My orders".
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, via our Belgian partner network. The option appears at checkout when available in your area.
