The BIG BORE Testa Rossa cylinders result directly from the seven transfer technology, which powers the revolutionary Flanged Mounts, representing the latest success achieved thanks to the effort and development that Malossi has continued to lend to the engines intended for the original Piaggio and Yamaha casings, and with their unprecedented displacement of 70 and 94 cc, they make a significant leap forward in the performance of the BIG BORE family. Externally almost indistinguishable from their restricted counterpart, the BIG BORE Testa Rossa features a through bolt pattern compatible with both original engines and the Malossi C-One casing. Even inside, the total resemblance to the Flanged Mount continues, thanks to the seven transfer configuration and renowned double exhaust port, with a single difference given precisely by the limits imposed by the internal passage of the bolts which influences the dimensions and development of the exhaust. The cylinder head is once again decomposable, with new profiles inside designed specifically to increase torque and engine responsiveness, now certainly more brilliant and even more progressive. The cylinder head cover is made of forged aluminum, anodized red, and machined on high-precision CNC machines.
